Three helpful tips for your home practice


Stay accountable – invite a friend to workout with you or keep a practice diary to help keep you on track.

Keep it short and regular – choose a 20 to 30 minute video a few times a week (even 5-10 minutes of regular practice will help).

Plan which videos you’d like to practice each week, write them down and tick them off as you complete each video.
